A new chapel and performing arts auditorium is planned for the area just to the west of Howard Music Hall.  The 41,879-square-foot building includes a wrap-around balcony and a performance area that will seat a full orchestra and a 100-voice choir.  The seating capacity is approximately 1,000.  The estimated cost for this project is $20.5 million.
