The Department of Personnel serves the College by helping first to hire and train, and then to support and aid, the Hillsdale College faculty and staff.  Devoted to the mission and well-being of the College, it strives to deliver exceptional service to the College and its employees.

The duties of the office include hiring and training, employee orientation, administration of compensation and benefits, benefit education, Personnel information management and regulatory compliance.
