Director of Athletics - Hillsdale College seeks to fill the position of Director of Athletics. The primary responsibility of the Athletic Director (AD) is to manage the athletic program at Hillsdale College. The AD is a member of the senior staff and reports to the College President. Hillsdale is affiliated with the NCAA Division II and a member of the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. The Athletic Director must demonstrate committed leadership to athletic and academic excellence consistent with the College's Mission Statement. Qualifications include educational and administrative experience. An advanced degree is preferred. The successful candidate will have knowledge of coaching, recruiting, fundraising, managing personnel, budgets and facilities. There is a high expectation that the Athletic Director will champion a commitment to academic excellence, sportsmanship, and competitive achievement, resulting in the successful integration of the athletic program with the College as a whole.

Hillsdale College, founded in 1844, is an independent, coeducational, four-year liberal arts college of 1,300 students. Custodian – This third-shift position requires a person to work from 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with a half-hour lunch, Sunday through Thursday. This individual will be a member of a high efficiency team and will be required to perform all types of cleaning in various buildings throughout the campus area.
