Personnel Services Office

   The position of Director of Personnel Services will require someone who can administer support, maintain employee records and benefits, and coordinate the management and sharing of information to various offices and external entities.  This person will manage compensation payments; ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations; oversee the retirement and health insurance plans; report policy and benefit changes; and recommend plan designs and changes. 

   Working knowledge in workers’ compensation, COBRA, 403(b) retirement plans, health, and disability insurance is preferred.  Must have experience in leadership development, staff development, and technology; and ability to function in MS Excel, MS Word, and other standard office software.  Must be an effective communicator; maintain confidentiality, and be a problem solver. 

   Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and experience sufficient to demonstrate the ability to perform the job and requisite managerial functions.
