A field of concentration in art consists of at least 36 semester hours and must include the following 18 semester hours:

ART 101 Drawing I
ART 104 Design I
ART 120 Sculpture
ART 203 History of Art: Prehistoric through Medieval
ART 204 History of Art: Renaissance through Modern
ART 353 Computer Graphics
ART 500 Senior Exhibit and Portfolio

And one of the following art history courses:

ART 308 History of Renaissance Art
ART 309 History of Baroque Art
ART 310 Survey of Non-Western Art
ART 411 History of Modern Art
ART 412 History of American Art

Art majors must achieve a total of 18 hours in art courses numbering 300 and above. Theatre 336 may be counted for credit toward the field of concentration in art.
