The minor in music requires a minimum of 20 credit hours. Students choosing to minor in music must complete:

MUS 110 Introduction to Music Studies|
MUS 111 Fundamentals of Music
MUS 201 L Musicianship Lab I
MUS 201 Theory I
MUS 322 History and Literature of Music I
MUS 323 History and Literature of Music II

Students must also complete four semesters of lessons on an instrument or voice; and four semesters of participation in a primary ensemble.
