A minor in philosophy & religion requires 18 semester hours, (not including Phl 105 or Rel 105) including

PHL 211 Ancient Philosophy

Two of the following Religion courses are required:

REL 211 Old Testament History and Literature
REL 212 New Testament History and Literature
REL 213 History of Christian Thought I
REL 214 History of Christian Thought II

One of the following philosophy courses is required: 

PHL 212 Medieval Philosophy
PHL 213 Modern Philosophy
PHL 217 Nineteenth-Century Philosophy

And one elective from each discipline.

Substitution of courses from other departments for any of the above required courses or electives is at the discretion of the Department chairman.
