Instructor-lead Training

Instructor-lead software training is available upon request for Faculty & Staff members. Please contact the Helpdesk to make arrangements.  Students may obtain ITS software training upon request of a Faculty or Staff member.

Online Training

Microsoft offers several online training resources, available to all users.

• Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007 Training
• Word 2003 to 2007 Interactive Reference Guide
• Excel 2003 to 2007 Interactive Reference Guide
• PowerPoint 2003 to 2007 Interactive Reference Guide

Hillsdale College faculty and staff may also register to recieve access to addtional online software training resources in accordance with the college Microsoft Agreement.  Registration instructions can be found here.

Reference Sheets

Students may check out hardcopy reference sheets on commonly used software from the Lab Assistant on duty while in the campus computer labs.

Faculty and Staff may request reference sheets from the Helpdesk, they will also be provided when attending relevant instructor-lead ITS training.
