She provides first response helpdesk support, system level user account administration, Colleague user account administration, and manages the Xerox machine maintenance, lease, and technical service and Sprint cell phone inventory, order and account troubleshooting.

Director of Applications Development
Diane Eichler - (x.2380)
Diane is responsible for the overall management of the office of Applications Development, which includes the AS/400 computer operation, maintenance, performance and system upgrades. Diane provides oversight of all new application designs, development, and the support of program requests, designs and resolutions.

Client/Server Senior Programmer

Lori assists the Director of Application Development by writing and maintaining custom software applications, programs new processing systems, creates new reports and provides troubleshooting and program support for all College departments.

Kevin is responsible for administering the databases that are used in support of all college departments. He is also responsible for administering the Datatel application.

Matt is responsible for developing, testing and implementing custom applications for needs that fall outside Datatel Colleague. Additionally, Matt is the backup for administering Datatel Colleague and WebAdvisor.

Report Writer

Jean is responsible for developing, testing and implementing custom reports for the College Enterprise level systems including Datatel Colleague. Additionally, Jean assists the Director of Applications development in times of need.

Network/Systems Manager

Pat is responsible for overseeing the implementation of new back-end server and network technologies and maintaining the existing infrastructure.

Systems Administrator

Greg is responsible for administration and Workstations for the campus network and provides support for the hardware infrastructure, software applications, and archival systems. He also investigates and deploys new technologies.
Help Desk Coordinator/Supervisor
Jim Bowen - (x.2640)
Jim supervises and coordinates day-to-day operation of the Help Desk. He is our primary purchasing agent, oversees the faculty computer replacement program, and manages the sale or disposal of old equipment. Jim also provides user support; technical service, and computer sales consultation for faculty, staff, and students, and assists with the maintenance and use of the residential network (ResNet).

Manager of User Services

Jeff focuses on the overall direction, development, and management of institution–wide user service and support operations. He is responsible for the hiring of personnel, budget preparation, and management of the daily operation of the Helpdesk, institutional training, curricular support, and web-based services. Jeff also participates in the selection and adoption of new technology as well as the design of the User Interface for all campus Information Services.
Web Technician

Matt's responsibilities include administering the College Internet and Intranet web presence, strategy, infrastructure, and web servers; creating and maintaining links between web applications and core systems (including Datatel, LiquidMatrix, BlackBoard, etc.), and working with all College offices and departments to provide our constituents with accurate and timely web-based services.
Academic Services Specialist

Tina works closely with the Manager of User Services to provide and develop academic technology resources for faculty, staff, and students to and coordinate curricular support resources for the college. She has responsibility for computer lab management, curricular support technology, ITS student employment, and associated student services.
