Colts Prepare For Another Year

Hillsdale Academy athletic teams aim to continue the recent success and competitive tradition of excellence during the 2011/12 school year.  The Colts will field varsity teams in boys soccer, girls volleyball, boys and girls basketball, cross country, golf, and track and field.  Academy teams compete in the South Central Athletic Association and Independent Soccer League. 

In 2010/11, the Colts won conference championships in boys soccer, boys and girls cross country, boys and girls basketball, boys golf, and boys and girls track and field.  Boys basketball won their first district title.  Regional championships went to the Academy's girls cross country and track and field teams; and the girls track and field team were also named MITCA Team State Champions.  Boys cross country were Class D Coaches Association State Champions.

Eric Lisznyai and Heather Lantis were named MHSAA Scholar-Athletes; Peter Sullivan recieved the Wendys Heisman Michigan Male Athlete of the Year.
