You may apply to Hillsdale College any time after the completion of your junior year of high school.  Hillsdale maintains a regular admissions policy, so applications are reviewed and notifications are made according to the application timetable below.  Financial aid and scholarship consideration is made after admission has been granted.  You may apply with the Hillsdale online application, download the Hillsdale application in .pdf format, or submit The Common Application online or by mail.  All completed applications receive equal consideration.

Early Decision

For students who consider Hillsdale their first choice, the Early Decision deadline offers the convenience of resolving the college application process long before regular spring admissions dates. If admitted, the applicant agrees in writing to withdraw application from other institutions and deposit early as a member of Hillsdale's incoming class.

Early Action

Early Action applicants receive the advantage of early notification with a May deposit date. This plan serves as the priority deadline for academic scholarship consideration.

Regular Decision

Applicants intending to enroll beginning in the Fall 2012 semester must apply no later than February 15.
