    • Q:   Will I receive a receipt for tax purposes?
    • A:   Yes. Gifts are processed each business day, and receipts are issued shortly thereafter. If a gift is designated to a particular program or project, a gift designation slip will accompany the official receipt. Should you make a material gift or a gift of stock, you will receive an acknowledgement letter regarding the value of such gifts and information on the accompanying receipts for tax purposes. Because of the volume of gifts the College receives each December and January, and should you make a gift at that time, an acknowledgement will be sent immediately to notify you that the gift has been received and that the official receipt from the College will be forthcoming.
