2005-06: Played in 20 games, averaging nearly eight minutes played per contest...Was very productive in limited playing time, making 27 field goals in 155 total minutes played.

High School: One of Western Wayne County’s most talented players her final two seasons with the Canton High School Chiefs. Katie is Canton High School’s all-time leading scorer, rebounder and shot blocker. In her senior season, she averaged 19 points, 13 rebounds and three blocked shots per game. She was named the Ann Arbor News Player of the Year in 2004, and was Class A Second-Team All-State. She was a three-time All-WLAA pick and led the Chiefs to 72 wins in her four varsity seasons.
