2009-2010
Indoor Track: Steadily improved his time in the 5000 meter run during indoor season, peaking with a time of 16:00.91 at the Grand Rapids Open.
Cross Country: During cross country season, finished the UW-Parkside Midwest Open race in a season-best 27:23.2

High School: Ran four years in cross country and track…Team won regional title in 2006 and finished 7th at State Championships… League Champions in 2005 and 2006…Was named Hardest Worker by team in 2007…Holds a personal best of 16:51 in 5,000 meter run.
