2009-10: Enjoyed a successful freshman campaign while specializing in IM and Fly. Took 5th in the 200 yard fly with a time of 2:36.15 at the Tri-Meet hosted by UIndy…At the 2010 GLIAC Championships she shaved 4 seconds off her previous best time in the 200 yard IM finishing with a time of 2:30.62.

High School: A standout swimmer at Livonia Ladywood High School under Coach Jamie Perrine, Annemarie was a four year letter winner, a team captain her senior year (2008-09), and swam the butter fly leg of the 2008-09 school record setting 200 medley relay. She played softball and volleyball as a Ladywood underclassman. Her USA club swim team, Novi Sturgeons, is coached by Mark Winter . . . Livonia Ladywood High School outstanding academic achievement recognition for earning honors all four years; Two year National Honor Society Member; Advanced Placement Scholar Award; Outstanding Achievement in Advanced Placement Biology Award; Outstanding Achievement in Physics Award.
