2009-10: Emerged as a top swimmer in her first season as a Charger…She had a pair of top-5 finishes at the tri-meet hosted by UIndy taking second in the 100 back with a time of 1:03.61, and fourth in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:38.29…Had a season-best time in the 100 yard breaststroke with a time of 1:11.22 at the 2010 GLIAC Championships…Finished 10th in the 100 fly with a time of 59.16 at GLIACs…Also finished 13th in the 200 IM with a time of 2:15.06 at the GLIAC Championships.

High School: Was a record-breaking swimmer with the Academy Bullets Swim Club in Illinois...Helped lead her team to the 2005 state championship, while helping to set a new school record in the 200 free relay event...Qualified for the Senior State Championships all four years of her prep career...Taught swim lessons to area children for three years...Was very successful in speech and debate clubs...Also heavily involved in other school activities, including the Christian Youth Theatre, and working with a program that takes care of foster kittens.
