2009-10: Had a promising first season as a Charger…She was a member of the 400 free relay team that finished third with a time of 3:35.77 at the Calvin Winter Invite…Also swam on the 800 free relay team that took fifth at the Winter Invitational with a time of 7:56.13…She shaved off two seconds from her previous best time in the 100 free with a time of 54.74 at the GLIAC Championships…Turned in a pair of season-best times at GLIACs with a 1:59.92 200 free, and a time of 25.35 in the 50 free…Was a part of the 200 free relay team that took 6th at the GLIAC Championships with a time of 1:39.45.

High School: Ward was one of the top performers on a very successful Highlanders team that lost a total of seven dual meets in her four-year career...Was named First-Team All-State twice, and has career-best times of 25.2 seconds in the 50 free, and 5:17 in the 500 free...Adams went 10-2 in dual meets in each of her last three seasons, and was 11-1 in her freshman year of 2005.
