2009-10: Pushed herself to achieve career-bests in several events…Had a pair of top-three finishes at the UIndy tri-meet taking second in the 500 free with a time of 5:27.70, and second in the 1000 free with a time of 11:03.16…Took second in the 1650 free at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point Invite with a time of 18:44.52…Improved her times in all three events at the 2010 GLIAC Championships…She finished 13th in the 1000 free with a time of 10:58.38, and swam the 500 free in 5:22.28.. Finished 13th and took off almost 19 seconds from her previous season-best, turning in a time of 18:25.30 in the 1650 free.

High School: While at high school at Carolina Day School in Ashville, NC, she earned six varsity letters, including four in swimming and one each in track and soccer...She was named the swimming team’s AVP three times, and earned two All-Conference awards. She also received the coach’s award in 2005.
