January 23, 2010 - Eleven different players scored for the Hillsdale College men's basketball team Saturday, as the Chargers blazed past Tiffin University, 95-74, for their third win in a row.

Hillsdale (5-11, 5-7 GLIAC) will look to keep its momentum going at home next Thursday, hosting Saginaw Valley State at 6 p.m.
The Chargers shot 60 percent from 3-point territory in the game, nailing nine shots from beyond the arc in the first half to get off to an excellent start. Tiffin's athleticism and ability to make contested shots kept the Dragons close through the second half, but Hillsdale's lead grew too quickly and was built too early for Tiffin to draw within double figures.
Hillsdale forced 16 Dragon turnovers, while committing only nine itself. The Chargers were 14-for-23 from 3-point land in the game, led by five makes from sophomore Brent Eaton and a 3-for-3 performance in threes from sophomore guard Tyler Gerber.
Eaton led an effective and balanced offensive performance by Hillsdale with 21 points. Senior Luke Laser continued his fine play of late, scoring 17 to go along with five rebounds and three assists. Laser has scored in double figures in a career-best five straight games.
Sophomore forward Brad Guinane added 13 points and six rebounds for Hillsdale, and Ryan Robinet hit two 3-point shots for the second game in a row.
Hillsdale has scored 89 or more points in three straight matchups with the Dragons.
