2010: One of two players on the club to play in all 44 games during the season...Had a .987 fielding percentage while starting every game at first base...Committed just four errors in 311 fielding chances...Tied for second on the team with 42 total hits and was one of the team's best starting players in terms of strikeout-to-at bat ratio (25 in 152 at bats)...Had 13 hits in nine games between March 20 and April 2...Did not ground into a double play all season, while leading the team with 152 at bats.

2009: One of the team’s on-the-field leaders...Is very fundamentally sound, both at the plate and in the field (.984 fielding percentage) Will be a co-captain in 2010...Second on team with four home runs, and blasted a grand slam vs. Oakland City March 7...Had 10 hits in the team’s last seven games of the season.
