2011: Started 15 games, primarily as a third baseman, and showed plenty of pomise, both in the field and at the plate...Had a key two-run single against Northwood (Fla.) on March 19...Had a four-game hitting streak from March 26 through March 29.

High School: The top power hitter for the Kestrels at St. Mary's Catholic Central High School in Monroe throughout her career...A third baseman in high school, she earned All-League, All-District and All-Region honors in her career, and earned the team's Coach's Award and Golden Glove Award...Named game MVP at the Kent State College Exposure Tournament...St. Mary's won league championships in 2008 and 2009 with Gordon as the cleanup hitter, and she led the Kestrels to second place in the state in the 2007 season...Most recently played travel ball for the 18U Wizards Elite, and played for the Michigan Athletics travel team in 2009...During her high school career, she served as president of the Interact Club, was a member of the Spanish Club and was a student ambassador.
