Outdoor Track: Placed fifth at the 2010 GLIAC Outdoor Track and Field championships in the 5000 meter run, finishing with a time of 17:33.68...Had a season-best time in the 5000 of 17:25.02 at the 2010 Gina Relays... Had three top 10 finishes in the 5000 meter run during the outdoor season.
Indoor Track: Won the mile run at the Grand Rapids Open with a time of 5:05.64...Had five other top-10 finishes during indoor season.
Cross Country: Finished 19th at the NCAA Division II Regional Cross Country Meet on Nov. 7 and was second on the Chargers' team at the race...Had season-best time of 18:41 at the Michigan Intercollegiates, taking 14th overall.

2008-2009
Outdoor Track: Improved her time nearly 20 seconds in the 1500 meter run from the opening meet of the season until the Charger Classic in May 2009...Had a season-best time of 4:47.81 at the Charger Classic in the 1500...Finished in second place at the Polar Bear Invitational in the 1500.
Indoor Track: During the indoor season, won the mile run at the Findlay Open with a time of 5:16.04...Part of the third-place distance medley relay team at the GLIAC Championships.

High School: A regional cross country champion and was named First-Team All-Conference several times in her prep career...Also team MVP and earned a 4.0 grade point average in high school.
