Indoor Track: One of the best distance runners on the team...Finished second in the 5000 meter run at the Bob Eubanks Open (19:06.38)...Also earned a third-place in the 3000 meter run at the SVSU Cardinal Invite with a time of 10:46.79...Ran her season-best time in the 3000 at the GLIAC championships (10:42.13)...Took 10th place in the 5000 at the GLIAC championships.
Cross Country: Helped the Chargers qualify for nationals as a team with a time of 23:21.07 at the regional cross country meet...Ran a 24:28 at the Division II championships...Finished 36th overall at the 2010 GLIAC championships witha time of 23:21...Took 15th overall at the Charger Invitational, finishing the race in 23:57.1.

Outdoor Track: Took ninth overall at the 2010 GLIAC Outdoor championships in the 5000 meter run with a time of 18:04.07...Made a huge improvement in her 5000 meter time at the 2010 Gina Relays, running a season-best time of 17:28.40.
Indoor Track: Provisionally qualified in the 5000 meter run at the 2010 GLIAC Indoor Championships with a time of 17:46.17, good for a sixth-place finish...Also took third at the indoor championships in the 3000 meter run with a time of 10:10.77...Had two top-three finishes in the 3000 meter during indoor season and was third in the 5000 meter run (18:17.21) at Kent State.
Cross Country: Became Hillsdale College's first-ever NCAA Division II All-American in women's cross country with her performance at the 2009 NCAA Division II championships on Nov. 21...Ran a school-record time of 21:55.4, placing 36th overall at the national meet...Led the Chargers with a 22:39 at the regional meet on Nov. 7, qualifying for the national meet with a ninth-place overall finish...Finished the Notre Dame Invitational race in 18:40...Took 15th overall at the Michigan Intercollegiates.
