Outdoor Track: Emerged as one of top distance runners in the program as a sophomore...Finished fourth in the 2010 outdoor GLIAC championships in the 5000 meter run, with a time of 14:55.59...Ran a season-best 14:47.37 in that same event at the 2010 Gina Relays, held at Hillsdale...Had two top-10 finishes in the 1500 meter run early in the outdoor season.
Indoor Track: Was the fourth-best runner in the mile run at the Grand Rapids Open during the indoor season (4:19.57).
Cross Country: Was the team's second-best runner at the NCAA Division II Regional Cross Country Meet, completing the race in 34:19...Took 13th overall at the UW-Parkside Invitational during cross country season.
