Cross Country: Captain for the current cross country season...Took third overall at the Charger Invitational with a time of 26:07...Ran his season-best time at the Spartan Invitational, taking 42nd with a time of 25:56.

2009-2010
Outdoor Track: An NCAA provisional qualifier in the steeplechase event, achieving a lifetime-best time of 9:12.66...Had a season-best finish of fifth in the steeplechase at the Miami Invitational, and was 10th at the 2010 Gina Relays in that event, finishing with a time of 9:16.42.
Indoor Track: Finished in 10th place in the 2010 GLIAC Indoor Track Championships in the mile run, with a time of 4:20.65...Won the mile run at the Indiana Wesleyan meet on Jan. 23, and had three other top-four finishes during the season.
Cross Country: The team's third-place runner at the 2009 Regional Championships, finishing 33rd overall with a time of 34:21 in the 10K course...Ran a season-best 8K time of 26:25 at the Notre Dame Invitational.

2008-2009
Outdoor Track: Finished in fifth place in the steeplechase at the Gina Relays.
Indoor Track: Became a bigger factor in the distance races through the season, getting two top-six finishes in the 3000 meter run and a second-place finish in the mile.
