Indoor Track: Won the long jump at the GVSU Tune-Up Meet (5.14 meters)...Had a season-best mark of 5.19 meters in the long jump at the GVSU Big Meet...Also participated in the pentathlon, triple jump and hurdles...Had six top-10 finishes in a wide variety of events during the season.

High School: A four year participant in track and field, also played basketball from 2007-09, and field hockey from 2007-09...Basketball team were Regional finalists in 2009...Was a two year basketball Defensive MVP...Was named Most Improved in Field Hockey in 2007...In 2008 was Defensive MVP and was named All-State...In 2009 was team captain, All-Division First-Team, and All-State, team was the Division champs...In track claimed the school long jump record in 2007...In 2008 was All-Conference in the 100 and All-State in the 4x100, and was a state qualifier in the 4x200 relay...In 2009 the 4x100 relay captured the school record, and earned All-Conference and All-State...Was a captain in 2010, 4x100 relay set a new school record and was All-Conference and All-State...Member of the National Honor Society in 2009 and 2010...Four year member of the Gold Honor Roll...Named the 2010 Eastern Conference Scholar-Athlete.
