High School: Sprinter on the track team at Kempsville High School, where she also participated in the long jump, triple jump and high jump...Ran the 55 meter dash and was part of the school's 4x200 relay team...Earned varsity letters in soccer and field hockey...Won the Coach's Award in track as a senior and was a state qualifier as a junior...Inducted into the National Honor Society and won the Kempsville High School Community Service Award in 2009...One of 11 members of her graduating class of 500 to receive the Chief Medallion Faculty Award...The KHS representative in the Rotary Youth Conference.
