High School: One of the top prospects in the Thumb area as a senior pitcher…Won six games with a 1.80 earned-run average and 88 strikeouts in 50.1 innings pitched in 2011…Team finished 19-10 overall…Marysville’s Cy Young Award winner in 2011, and was named First-Team All-Conference and First-Team All-District…Vikings were the MAC Gold champions in 2009…Played travel ball for the South Oakland A’s.
