HILLSDALE, MI -- Rick Santorum is unable to attend the Constitution Symposium scheduled for Monday, February 20 at 8 p.m. He has decided to attend another event elsewhere in the state. This cancellation, combined with scheduling difficulties with the other campaigns, has led us to cancel the symposium.

The Santorum and other campaigns have expressed the hope that another date can be found before the February 28 Michigan primary. The college is considering this and will do its best. The campaigns are naturally very busy with the intense work of running for president; the college is very busy with the intense work that presidents and governments exist to protect. We will make it work if we can and will provide more news as soon as possible.
