New Hillsdale College men's basketball coach John Tharp has added one of his former players to his first Charger coaching staff. Dan Evans joins the coaching staff for the upcoming 2007-08 season. Evans was a starting point guard under Tharp for two seasons at Lawrence University, helping lead the team to two conference regular season and tournament championships. Evans joins Sam Hargraves as assistant coaches with the Hillsdale College men's basketball program.
