Why did you choose to attend Hillsdale College?:

The girls on the team were so much fun to be around, and I loved the setting and individual attention that you receive while attending a smaller school.

What is your extra-curricular involvement outside of athletics?:

I have a little buddy. The setup is a lot like the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. I write to her often and send her gifts. Basically, I am like an older sister/role model for her.

What do you like best about being an athlete at Hillsdale?:

I have gotten to know so many people because I am always at the gym. Most of the girls on the team are very close and even practice together at times.

What is the key to succeeding in the classroom as well as on a team?:

Managing your time. There have been many times that I have been icing while writing a paper or sitting in the training room memorizing facts for an upcoming exam.

What has been the highlight of your athletic career here?:

It has to be making it to the school's first GLIAC championship game in volleyball.
