Why did you choose to attend Hillsdale College?:

I chose to attend Hillsdale because of the principles upon which the College is based, the feel of the small school, its Division II affiliation, and the CC/Track coaching staff.

What is your extra-curricular involvement outside of athletics?:

Pi Beta Phi, Praxis, and volunteering with various organizations around campus.

What do you like best about being an athlete at Hillsdale?:

The close-knit bonds I've formed with my teammates. The team has become my family away from home.

What is the key to succeeding in the classroom as well as on a team?:

Manage your time. Use any free time to study and get ahead.

What has been the highlight of your athletic career here?:

Crossing the finish line at the 2007 Cross-Country GLIAC championships (when all of the miles and hard work I had put in all season paid off).
