Why did you choose to attend Hillsdale College?:
Along with Hillsdale's high academic standards, its competitive volleyball program sparked my interest. Being in one of the toughest Division II conferences, the program enables me to excel as a player going up against competitive athletes like myself.
What is your extra-curricular involvement outside of athletics?:
Studying for classes and practicing during seasons limits my free time. However, as a team we host volleyball clinics and camps for little kids.
What do you like best about being an athlete at Hillsdale?:
I am given the opportunity to receive a great education while playing the sport I love. Playing under the excellent coaching staff, I am given the opportunity to grow and excel as a Hillsdale Charger on and off the court.
What is the key to succeeding in the classroom as well as on a team?:
Being able to balance school and athletics is a challenge. With discipline and dedication, a student is able to put 100% effort into both.
What has been the highlight of your athletic career here?:
Being a freshman and playing in all 107 matches during the season and obtaining a career high of 20 digs against Ashland.
