Hobbies: I love to read, cook, rollerblade, travel, and spend time with friends and family (especially on the water).

Favorite Hillsdale Memory: There are so many! Classes with Victor Davis Hanson and David McCullough, late nights with friends, football games, and ice-skating on the pond.

Words of Wisdom:  Challenge yourself to learn the balance between time spent on academics and time spent elsewhere. Remember that your studies are serious—it is unlikely you will have another chance to study so many important things so carefully—but focusing on depth of involvement (rather than breadth) means you can have a great impact outside the classroom, too. In short: work hard, play hard; think hard, laugh hard.
