Favorite Hillsdale Memories: Some of my fondest Hillsdale memories are spending all night in the classroom buildings studying for New Testament or Old Testament exams or staying up in the dorms until 4:00 a.m. just talking with girlfriends. Perhaps the most memorable student-body memory I have is rushing the field with hundreds of my peers after the Hillsdale Charger Football team beat Grand Valley. The memory to trump all memories was the day I met the man I was going to marry! Sitting down at a table in the cafeteria, I was introduced to Jon Lewis, the widely talked-about transfer student from the Marine Corps. Little did I know just a year and a half later we would be saying, "I do!"
Words of Wisdom: Be intentional. Don’t let today’s culture dictate who you are; be intentional about the decisions you make and the life you choose to lead. Your education will be integral to guiding you in making the right decisions. With that in mind, choose the college that will help shape you into the person you desire to become.
