Mrs. Braman works with prospective students and their families to arrange campus visits: organizing class schedules, meals in the Student Union, meetings with faculty, directors, or coaches, campus tours, Admissions interviews, and overnight stays in the student residence halls. She also cheerfully answers the Admissions main lines and greets guests upon their arrival to the Admissions Office. Mrs. Braman has served Hillsdale College since 2004.

Mrs. Grubbs has served the College since 1996. As Admissions Information Coordinator, she is responsible for managing the student information database to ensure the timely and accurate collection of demographic, academic, and extracurricular data. She also prepares undergraduate applications for review by the Admissions Committee and coordinates subsequent communication with applicants. She works closely with the Director of Admissions to provide application updates and reports.

Ms. Bildner has served the Hillsdale College Admissions Office since 2004. In her role as Office Assistant, she aides with recruitment travel schedules for Admissions Counselors, travel reporting, manages the office database of high school information, and coordinates information regarding high school summer study programs. She works closely with the Director of Admissions to prepare budget information for review and provides general assistance with daily office operational functions.
