Men’s Club Soccer

The Hillsdale College Men’s Soccer Club currently plays in the Midwest Alliance Soccer Conference (MASC). The MASC is America’s Premier Men’s Collegiate Club Soccer Conference. The Men’s team competes in the Lakes Division which is comprised of teams such as the University of Michigan, Michigan State University, and the like. The team also competes for the opportunity to play in a very competitive national tournament each year in an extended post-season.

The men’s team had its first full season of play in the fall of 2010 and has expanded since.

Activities

Hillsdale College Men’s Soccer Club has the bulk of its competitive events in the fall with some pick-up and exhibition games in the spring. The club has accepted offers to compete in scrimmages against local NCAA and NAIA programs. The Men’s team practices three days per week in the fall and once or twice per week in the spring, either indoors or out, depending on the weather. The Men’s Soccer Club also sponsors pick-up throughout the year along with the Women’s Soccer Club.

All students and prospective students interested in the program or in pick-up are strongly encouraged to contact the Men’s Soccer Club president.

Tryouts for the team will be held early in the fall after students return from summer break.
