The 2008 Life and Liberty Summer Institute promises high-achieving, underprivileged high school students an exciting introduction to the liberal arts education offered by Hillsdale College. Designed especially with first generation college applicants in mind, the Institute encapsulates the adventure of college life in a weeklong program that is academically intensive and full of fun. Summer Institute participants will interact with current Hillsdale College students for the week as they learn from Hillsdale College faculty. Interactive classroom sessions and challenging extracurricular activities will help program participants discover the dreams that can grow from a liberal arts education.
