Junior Achievement is a worldwide organization dedicated to educating and inspiring young people to value free enterprise, business and economics to improve the quality of their lives.  Volunteers are placed in the third, fourth and fifth grade classrooms of Gier Elementary School in Hillsdale, where they teach five 45-minute classes.  The lessons are developed by Junior Achievement International, and by using these valuable lessons, the volunteers are able to make an impact on the local community.
