Hillsdale Politics Club Mission Statement

The Hillsdale College Politics Club is an association of students who desire to deepen their friendship in common pursuit of the great questions, both classical and contemporary, that animate political life.  To this end, it is dedicated to providing a regular forum for discussions, debates, and lectures on those questions, hoping to deepen our awareness of what it means to be citizens and human beings.  The Club is nonpartisan, and is open to all students of Hillsdale College, regardless of major.

The Politics Club sponsors campus lectures on current political topics.  One of the major events the Club sponsors is the Liberal Arts Friday Forum (LAFF).
