The Hillsdale Forum is an independent, political newspaper that publishes monthly throughout the school year, and accepts submissions from students, faculty and journalists outside of the College. In the true spirit of Hillsdale College, the paper is financially independent of the school through the generous support of the Intercollegiate Studies Institute and from private donations. The paper is on its way to becoming a non-profit organization. The Hillsdale Forum strives to uphold the College's principles and moral belief system grounded in the American Order, challenge the status quo and minds of its readers, engage in political and religious discussions, and make a mark in the conservative movement.
