With few exceptions, all Hillsdale College students eat in the cafeteria. You may choose a 15- or 19-meal plan. The cafeteria boasts an extensive selection of hot meals, a deli, various breads and cereals, make-your-own-waffles, salad bar, fresh fruits and vegetables, pizza, pasta and stir-fry dishes prepared "on-the-spot" and soft-serve ice cream! Vegetarian entrees are always available, and students with special dietary needs are also accommodated.

The College also operates a snack bar in the Knorr Student Center. The snack bar is open from 7:30 a.m. until midnight Monday through Thursday with shorter hours on Friday and Sunday. The snack bar is closed on Saturday. Many students come to the snack bar to study and satisfy those late-night munchies cravings. Even the most particular of eaters can find something to their liking in the cafeteria or snack bar!
