
Ms. Pamela J. Lowe, '80
Pam Lowe is a senior executive with 25 years experience as a communications counselor and certified executive coach with Fortune 500 companies, The White House and an international trade association for C-level executives.
A principal and certified executive coach at Trek Global Executive Coaching LLC, Pam works with senior executives and mid-level managers to develop action plans that drive greater success in their careers while maintaining a healthy balance in their lives. Pam is also founder of Trek Leadership Café, an executive coaching program for young professionals.
Prior to Trek Global Executive Coaching, Pam served as a vice president at Cintas Corporation, a $4 billion operation with 34,000 employees, where she was also the second woman to be named an officer in the corporation.
At Fruit of the Loom, Pam served as vice president, corporate communications. She was executive director of the Mid-America Committee, an international trade association for C-level executives of Fortune 500 companies based in Chicago.
Pam served in The White House Transition Press Office and The White House Public Affairs Office during the Reagan Administration, and was with Hill and Knowlton, Inc. in Washington, DC.
With extensive experience working with line and staff management in sales, marketing, HR, legal, manufacturing and finance, Pam brings an insightful perspective to her work with clients.
Pam’s current roles in the community include member of the Greater Cincinnati Foundation Women’s Fund Advisory Board, Executive Coach for the Cincinnati Regional USA Chamber Women in Excellence Program, member of the Cincinnati Woman’s Club, the Hillsdale College Alumni Executive Board and Chair of the Career Development Committee and member of the YWCA Women of Achievement Steering Committee.
Pam received a B.A. in communications from Hillsdale College, an Executive Coaching Certification from Miami University, and studied at the National Journalism Center in Washington, D.C.
