Ezra L. Koon Residence

A small but quirky residence on the south side of campus.

Koon Residence is home to 26 male students and is located on the corner of Hillsdale and College Streets. The building was built in 1959 and is named after Ezra L. Koon. Although the residence hall is small compared to others on campus, many men appreciate the building’s close proximity to the heart of campus. The rooms in Koon are detached with community bathrooms.
