Rising high school sophomores through seniors are invited to study with Hillsdale College faculty this summer while also taking advantage of the College’s John Anthony Halter Shooting Sports Education Center. Students with all levels of firearms experience are welcome.

You’ll study the American Founding and the principles of Constitutional government, receive a supervised introduction to shooting sports, and enjoy the beauty of the Hillsdale College campus. By competing in a Constitutional essay contest, you’ll also have an opportunity to win a $4,000 renewable scholarship to Hillsdale College.

Applications are encouraged no later than April 1, but will be reviewed until the program has reached capacity. In addition to the application online, we’ll ask you to write a short essay, and to submit a letter of recommendation, official high school transcript, official ACT/CLT/SAT/PSAT/PLAN scores (one required), résumé, and photograph.
