Mathematics and Deductive Reasoning

This course is designed to explore the nature of mathematics and give the student an introduction to logic and mathematical reasoning as a means for that investigation. The content may include Aristotelian logic and deductive reasoning, mathematical arguments and proof, and the study of axiomatic systems such as Euclidean geometry.
