Markets and Policy
Since the New Deal, American government has continued to operate more by command-and-control and less according to free market principles. This second CCA of the 2017-2018 academic year, co-sponsored by the Ludwig von Mises Lecture Series, will examine ways to reverse this trend. It will also include a debate on trade—an issue regarding which libertarian principles might conflict with the national interest.
