Luke Bahr graduated from the University of Utah with a Master’s degree in music performance. He has performed leading roles in several opera productions, including performances in Italy of Ramiro in Rossini’s La Cenerentola, Rodolfo in Puccini’s La Bohème, and more recently a role as Jean Valjean in the musical Les Misérables. Bahr began his musical studies at Brigham Young University where he sang the role of Alfred in Johann Strauss’ Die Fledermaus and the world premier of an avant-garde opera titled, Book of Gold. Along with numerous supporting roles, Bahr has sung in choirs and a capella groups throughout his life and plans to continue with his career as a teacher and performer.
