About

I knew I wanted to be a journalist my sophomore year in high school. I came to Hillsdale College first as a student and learned not just how to be a great journalist, but how to be a great reader, thinker, and writer.

I now have the pleasure of teaching Hillsdale College students how to become ethical, hardworking journalists.

In addition to teaching journalism classes and advising the campus’ three official publications, I work as a freelancer writer for publications like The Federalist and The Detroit News. I am also proud to be a wife and mother.
