Where Are They Now? – WHIP Edition

Written by Sophia Carr

Congratulations to the thirty-four participants of the Washington-Hillsdale Internship Program (WHIP) who graduated with the class of 2015!

These graduates represent a broad cross-section of our campus: they include politics, English, history, and financial management majors. Some interned for a congressman or senator while in Washington. Others were published in news outlets or prepared research for think tanks and advocacy groups.

With commencement complete, ten of our WHIP alumni will move to Washington, D.C., to begin their careers. Seven are getting married. Two will join Hillsdale as staff. One graduate recently reported on the riots in Baltimore. Another will move to Bologna, Italy, for a year to begin graduate studies.

Below we have featured four of our graduates and their exciting after-college plans. We are proud of all our graduates and their accomplishments. Class of 2015, we will miss you!
