College to publish a collection of the best articles published by the Churchill Project

HILLSDALE, Mich. — This summer, Hillsdale will publish “Grand Alliance: Churchill Studies at Hillsdale College,” a collection of some of the best scholarship published by the Churchill Project since its website launched in 2015. Additional new material will be included with this edition that will feature both established scholars and up-and-coming young writers from the College’s student body.

The first two articles in “Grand Alliance” are related to Churchill Project initiatives: the completion of the official biography of Winston Churchill; and the acquisition of the most complete collection of Churchill’s contributions to books, periodicals, and other works.

Eight articles follow Churchill’s statesmanship and cover topics ranging from social reform to geopolitics and the two World Wars. “Grand Alliance” also addresses contemporary controversies. The final four articles, authored by Andrew Roberts, Zewditu Gebreyohanes, Zareer Masani, and Richard M. Langworth, address some of the more critical accusations made against Churchill and his legacy.

Complimentary copies can be requested by emailing [email protected].
